Sitarsonic is an artist that needs no introduction: having been in the music scene for over 30 years, Paco Rodriguez founded the project Sitarsonic in the year 2000 merging elements from world music, psychedelic chill out and live sitar sessions.
With 8 albums and countless appearances at global psychedelic gatherings such as Ozora Festival, Free Earth Festival and Summer Never Ends to name a few, we could not think of a better act to kick off the new World People Production venture in the realm of slow beats.
“Downloading the Coconuts” is the first chapter of our new story, as well as one step further in Sitarsonic’s exploration of possibilities in fusion music: a journey through steady lows and dreamy impressions of an intangible multiethnic world.
